The couple first traveled with their families to the destination wedding site: romantic Florence, Italy. This was truly a destination wedding for these two: she's originally from Long Island and now lives in LA and his family's from Alabama.

The wedding was witnessed by 90 guests and was held indoors in a room filled with cream and white roses. The wedding was the culmination of several days in Florence by the wedding party, who had enjoyed an Italian cooking class during their stay.

The Dress: The bride wore a strapless silk gown by Reem Acra.

The Reception: The reception was held at poolside and featured many Italian specialties including zucchini stuffed with penne alfredo. Dancing filled the evening.
