Who: New York Mets catcher Mike Piazza and former "Baywatch" actress Alicia Rickter

When: January 29, 2005

Where: Vows were exchanged at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Miami, Florida.

Pre-wedding Festivities: While NOBU at the Shore Club Hotel is renowned for its Japanese delicacies, for the bride's pre-wedding party a chocolate cake was delivered to the table as guests sang "Happy Wedding To You." A similar get together was arranged for the groom at Prime 112 in South Beach, where the Met catcher's family and friends dined on lobster and steak.

The Ceremony: One hundred and twenty guests, including former Mets pitcher Al Leiter and Detroit Tigers catcher Ivan Rodriguez, showered the newly betrothed couple with rose petals as they emerged from St. Jude's Catholic Church, which had been bathed in candlelight for the occasion.

The Dress: As the bride emerged from a classic Rolls Royce, bystanders caught a glimpse of the thespian's silver slippers and sleek, white satin Vera Wang gown [how to puchase a Vera Wang gown on eBay] with a deep V-neck which revealed a hint of decolletage. A small bouquet of ivory roses and a veil attached to her brunette locks, which were worn natural for the nuptials, completed the look.

Vera Wang also received the honor of constructing five attendants dresses in a shade of deep violet with low cut necklines to adorn former "Baywatch" babe Angelica Bridges and Playboy Playmates Brande Roderick and Lisa Dergan.

Four groomsmen, the best man and the groom mirrored each other in dark grey suits, with the baseball hero accenting his attire with a silver tie and a pink rose for his lapel.

The Reception: Luxury yachts carried the newlyweds and their guests to Fisher Island, a 216-acre private retreat where the bride and groom lost themselves in the magic of the moment as they danced to Etta James' "At Last" while attendees dined on seafood platters amid the seashell ornamentation and displays of roses and orchids which perfumed the ballroom of the Vanderbilt Mansion.

The Honeymoon: The newlyweds celebrated their union at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami, a five star hotel with "The Best Spa in the USA," according to Travel and Leisure Magazine.
