Inspired by the quiet elegance of Grace Kelly, the bride was a vision in a Vera Wang creation as she made her grand entrance, People magazine reported. The sparkle of a $90,000 platinum and diamond bracelet, $130,000 diamond and platinum earrings and $45,000 platinum and diamond hairpiece adding an extra glint of glamor as she strolled past a gathering of the more than 500 guests who had received Tiffany's invitations, including friends who had attended her August 22nd bachelorette party along the Hudson River as well as such glitterati as Natalie Portman, Russell Crowe and Barbara Walters. Following the nuptials, guests converged at a reception designed by event planner Preston Bailey, where attendees sampled slices of a Sylvia Weinstock-concocted cake as talk show host Regis Philbin serenaded the crowd. As the evening wore on, father of the bride Donald Trump raised his glass in a toast that summed up a priceless day of joy: "Be happy and enjoy your life."
