Enter Lovetripper's "Best Romantic Travel Movie Ever" Contest
In celebration of summer, Lovetripper is taking a vicarious vacation with a look at some of cinema's best romantic travel movies. From couples who found their heart's desire on holiday to lovers on the run, we've compiled a list of some of the best romantic movies whose characters had to travel to find true love.

choose your favorite romantic travel-related movie of all time from the list on our contest page (write ins are also welcome,) then
tell us why the movie touched your heart. A selection of comments will be featured in Lovetripper's Romance Hall of Fame.
Prize: One winner, chosen at random from all entries received by 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2009, will receive the romantic travel movie of their choice.
The contest is open to movie fans worldwide. Votes can be cast once a day.

"Dollhouse" Star Harry Lennix's Wedding
On October 2002 the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas echoed with the laughter of newlyweds Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson as they enjoyed their wedding reception. Years later the Lone Star venue welcomed another celebrity celebration as actor Harry Lennix, star of the FOX sci-fi series Dollhouse, said "I do" to his love, Djena Nichole Graves.
According to the couple's wedding announcement in the
New York Times, a romance which began after Graves saw her future groom on stage in a production of
Radio Golf, led to their nondenominational ceremony on June 27, 2009.

Bitten by the "Lovebug," eldest Jo Bro Kevin Jonas has announced that he will say "I do" to his love of the past two years, Danielle Deleasa. The couple confided the happy news to
People magazine hours after the July 1, 2009 morning proposal, when the musician knelt on one knee and slipped a 3 carat, cushion-cut diamond Jacob & Co. engagement ring (which he had a hand in designing) on his bride-to-be's finger.
A plane acting as love's light wings, the performer boarded an overnight flight from Vancouver to New Jersey to propose to the young lady who had first captured his heart as he saw her walking on a sandy beach in the Bahamas during a 2007 family vacation.
Currently enjoying their first days of betrothed bliss, the pair have yet to decide on a date for their walk down the aisle.
