The two-story mansion can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated banquet and up to 450 for a reception on the upper level and the ground level space can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated banquet and up to 300 wedding guests for a reception and a private dock allows for the dramatic entrance of arriving by yacht.
