80529: MTV Looking for Destination Brides

Are you planning a destination wedding? You could be featured on MTV's new show: "True Life: I'm Having a Destination Wedding." We just received a call from MTV and they're in search of couples between the ages of 18 and 28 who will be having a destination wedding this July or August.

A follow up to the enormously successful "True Life: I’m Getting Married", "True Life: I’m Having a Destination Wedding" will focus on the growing trend of young people choosing to get married thousands of miles from home. Formerly for celebrities and the ultra-rich, these weddings have become more accessible to couples looking to add a “twist” to their big day.

Production will begin in the first week of July, with a tentative air date in September 2008. The crew will be following these couples at their job and home (personal life), through the planning process and all the way down the aisle.

If you'd like to apply to be featured on the show, send your story to MTV before June 20. Here are all the details and good luck!

80523: Boot Camp for Brides Challenge at Gaylord Palms Resort

As your "I do" day approaches, put the "party" in your wedding party with a bridal boot camp-- the perfect marriage of fun and fitness. A part of Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida's Good Girls Getaway, the Boot Camp for Brides Challenge offers the following agenda:

Fit for a Bride: Have fun breaking a sweat alongside your wedding ceremony "sisters" during a 90-minute, custom-tailored cardio and strength-training workout instead of breaking out in a cold sweat when your dream dress doesn't fit on your special day.

Bridal Meditation: Every bride has her share of pre-"I do" dilemmas to deal with, and sometimes the stress can seemingly take over what should be the happiest time of your life. As easy as tossing a bridal bouquet, cast aside all your pre-wedding worries during an hour-long meditation session which teaches you how to steady your nerves when thunderclouds roll in during your perfect spring day ceremony or your flower girl refuses to walk down the aisle with the ring bearer.

Nutritional Engagement:
According to the nutritional journal Appetite, a study of 272 betrothed women revealed that over 70 percent who took part in the analysis were attempting to shed more than 20 pounds during the six months leading up to their nuptials. While every bride wants a buff body for that walk down the aisle, crash diets and other over the top measures can lead to a wedding day disaster. The Boot Camp's hour-long consultation provides a healthy way to realistically reclaim a sleek physique.

85285: Chapels, Museums Offer Wisconsin Weddings

Wisconsin offers plenty of resort, on the water and B&B wedding venues, but it is also home to chapels and even museums like the Milwaukee Art Museum
(photo: WI Department of Tourism) that can serve as wedding sites. Here's a list we just received from the Wisconsin Department of Tourism of wedding sites to consider:

Vegas-Style

Wisconsin Dells now has its own wedding chapel in the same style of the popular wedding chapels of Las Vegas. Dells Bells Wedding Chapel (608/393-4228) offers affordable, yet elegant weddings without the price tag that often accompanies a couple’s special day. Wedding packages start out with a Vegas-style option for $250, which includes the use of the chapel for half hour, an officiant plus silk bouquet and boutonnière for the bride and groom. For a little more money, the couple-to-be can have the “We Deserve It All” day complete with wedding cake, invitations, three hours of limo service, a professional musician, photographer and floral arrangements.

Charming Chapels

Wisconsin’s rural towns and villages are home to a countless array of intimate and historic chapels. Many of these charming chapels are available for rental to couples that want to exchange vows in Wisconsin’s pastoral settings.

One of the most visually scenic settings is The Chapel in the Woods (715/258-7385) on the Crystal River in Waupaca. This charming little sanctuary has been the site for more than 5,000 weddings. The Chapel in the Woods comes furnished with an antique pump organ and stained glass windows. A walk on the grounds reveals a gentle river, gardens and gazebo, the perfect backdrop for wedding day photos. The Chapel in the Woods is available year round for weddings up to 20 people.

The Moravian Church at Heritage Hill State Park (920/448-5150 x304) offers breathtaking views of the park and has long been a romantic setting for weddings. A wedding consultant on staff can help with a variety of services such as officiant, florist, photographers, musicians, and horse and carriage service. The Moravian Church is equipped with a piano and an organ and can seat up to 150 guests. The grounds provide a stunning location for picture-perfect wedding day photos.

If the bride or groom has a passion for flying – or even if they don’t – the EAA Airventure Museum’s Fergus Chapel (920/426-4800) in Oshkosh is another charming location for the big day. Located right on the grounds of EAA Airventure, this chapel was donated by a former EAA board member as a memorial. The Fergus Chapel has the rural feel of many Wisconsin churches, yet offers the convenience of size and location comparable to many traditional wedding churches.

Unique locations

In Milwaukee, couples can chose one of the most exclusive and unparalleled views of the beautiful Lake Michigan waterfront with a ceremony at Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin (414/765-9966) or the Milwaukee Art Museum (414/224-3200). Both museums offer a variety of rental and catering options to weddings and special events.

From late spring to early fall, Olbrich Botanical Gardens (608/246-4733) in Madison provides an outdoor garden setting for the ceremony and receiving line and, of course, a blooming background for wedding photographs. Winter weddings can shift indoors to either the all-glass Atrium or the exotic Bolz Conservatory.

85284: Wed on the Water in Wisconsin

With its backdrop of many scenic lakes and rivers, it's no surprise that many couples opt for outdoor weddings in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Department of Tourism just sent us this information on Wisconsin charter boat operators that offer everything from complete wedding packages to a sunset cruise for wedding parties.

With seven vessels and experience with more than 400 wedding celebrations, weddings are off for smooth sailing with Lake Geneva Boat Cruises (262/248-6206). In addition, Lake Geneva Boat Cruises employs two full time event planners to coordinate weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and other parties for 20 to 200 guests.

For a wedding at sea or ashore, the Apostle Island Cruise Services ( 1-800-323-7619) two ships, the Ashland Bay Express and the Island Princess, can do both. Plan a wedding among the beautiful wilderness of the 21 Apostle Islands or make it a nautical theme with a setting on a dock or next to a lighthouse. NOTE: Boat captains are certified to officiate wedding ceremonies!

Clear Water Harbor (715/258-2866) operates the Chief Waupaca and Lady of the Lakes on the Waupaca Chain O’ Lakes. The charters can host up to 80 people with food and beverage service for a brunch, luncheon or just simply cake and cocktails.

Consider exchanging vows while rolling down Old Man River aboard an authentic steamboat. Private charters for weddings, reunions, or other special events are in big demand on the La Crosse Queen (608/784-8523) and the Julia Belle Swain ( 1-800-815-1005), which are both docked in La Crosse. Whether the event is hors d’oeuvres or full-service dining, a DJ or a five-piece band, couples can tailor their steamboat event for a memorable day.

85283: Wisconsin Resorts Court Brides

Summer means months of outdoor activity in Wisconsin...and that includes outdoor weddings. The Wisconsin Department of Tourism just sent us this list of luxury resorts offering wedding venues (and event-planning staff members to help you plan the details!)

Readers of Wisconsin Bride magazine recently named the Heidel House Resort (1-800-444-2812) “Best Honeymoon Resort & Best Reception Site.” The resort offers two ceremony sites – in the garden surrounded by flowers or lakeside on the shores of stunning Green Lake. The Escapade yacht can host up to 65 people for a reception. Other reception sites suit a number of events from a casual cookout to a lakefront reception seating 250 guests.

Exchange vows in front of Telemark Resort’s 55-foot field stone fireplace, at the top of Mt. Telemark or the intimate parlor. Photo opportunities are endless at this resort, which is located on 950 acres of pristine Northwoods forests. Guests will have a variety of activities available to them from cross-country skiing and horseback riding to fishing and golf. (1-877-798-4718)

The Olympia Gardens at The Olympia Resort (1-800-558-9573) in Oconomowoc is a 5,000-square-foot enclosed structure offering breathtaking and peaceful views of the outdoors, plenty of stargazing and all the comforts of a standard indoor reception. Opened in 2006, the Olympia Gardens also features a nearby outdoor gazebo for the ceremony, full-sized dance floor, and a comprehensive food and beverage menu.

85282: Wisconsin B&Bs Offer Wedding Venues

A large number of Wisconsin’s inns and bed & breakfasts offer couples personalized service and intimate settings for their special day. The Wisconsin Department of Tourism (travelwisconsin.com or call 1-800-432-TRIP) just sent us these B&Bs across the state that welcome weddings:

Westby House Victorian Inn (1-800-434-7439), located in the Norwegian community of Westby, offers a setting fit for small, intimate weddings with up to 40 guests. Couples can either hold ceremonies inside the Inn or outside at the Wedding Garden Gazebo. Offering two customized wedding packages, the Inn provides the officiant and a variety of specialized services including floral arrangements, and reception and dinner catering options.

Marinette features two “sister” properties offering a classy setting for wedding ceremonies: Lauerman House Inn and M&M Victorian Inn. Acclaimed as a premiere example of colonial revival architecture, Lauerman House Inn (715/732-7800) offers an elegant setting with its original art glass chandeliers, and birds eye maple, mahogany and elaborate wood trims. Built in 1886, M&M Victorian Inn (715/732-9531) is a fully restored Queen Anne style Victorian home featuring original carved woodwork and leaded stained glass, as well as a curved, all wood staircase.

Couples will find a storybook wedding destination at The Hollyhock House and Gardens (920/388-3445) in Kewaunee. The Queen Anne-style Victorian cottage sits on two acres of gardens and lawns, and offers a variety of settings for ceremonies and receptions. Outside, the garden features a brick patio with pergola, fountains, a wicker swing and more. Wedding parties up to 40 guests are a perfect size for intimate, indoor ceremonies. Couples-to-be will receive an in-house consultant to assist with the wedding planning process as well as a Wedding Gift Basket filled local gifts and treats.

Turn back time at the Eagle Centre House B&B (262/363-4700), an authentic replica of an 1846 Greek revival style stagecoach inn. Located in Eagle near Old World Wisconsin and Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest, this B&B guarantees a unique, memorable experience with its period décor and century-old antiques, including two wood-burning stoves in the common rooms!

Tufts’ Mansion (715/743-3346) located in Neillsville, features an in-house band, catering services and countless options for an intimate, romantic ceremony. Couples can tie the knot in a variety of cozy settings including the parlor, library and even on the staircase. Following the ceremony, the Manion’s front porch swing gives newlyweds a romantic backdrop for classic wedding photos.

The gazebo at the lovely White Lace Inn (1-877-948-5223) in Sturgeon Bay has been the setting for many elopements. American Historic Inns Guidebook named the White Lace Inn one of the “Top 10 Most Romantic Inns.”

Couples can choose to exchange vows in the music room, on the carved oak staircase in the foyer, or by the fountain garden and pergola on the grounds of the Old Rittenhouse Inn (1-800-779-2129) in Bayfield. After the ceremony guests can sit down to a gourmet dinner or luncheon of trout au champagne, hazelnut crusted pheasant or herb-crusted beef tenderloin.

Justin Trails (1-888-488-4521) in Sparta hosts weddings up to 200 guests for the ceremony, reception or both. Large silver maples, various pine trees and yews make beautiful backgrounds for wedding photos. Couples can book the whole resort for a quiet, private intimate space for their guests.

The landscaped gardens and gazebos of both Victoria Treasure (1-800-859-5199) in Baraboo and Coole Park (715/747-5023) on Lake Superior’s Madeline Island offer picture-perfect locations for a memorable wedding day.

80527: Planning for Pets in Your Wedding?

Do you plan to incorporate one of your pets into your wedding ceremony? If you're like 42 percent of those who responded to a recent poll by Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI), the US' oldest and largest provider of pet health insurance, the answer is "I do." Pets are definitely playing a bigger role in many ceremonies according to the survey, which also found that 11 percent of respondents had been to a ceremony that included a pet.

Tonya Guy-Williams, a VPI Pet Insurance policyholder from Clements, Maryland was one such bride; she chose to include her husky mix, Klondike, in her special day. Klondike served as the ring-bearer and best man. Under the guidance of Tonya's mother Linda, Klondike performed his duties without a hitch.

"He did fine with all of the people, and he never barked until the very end when we think the sun started to get to him," said Tonya. "He is our baby. No one who knows us was surprised that we would want him in our wedding. They were more surprised that we found a tuxedo that fit."

Incorporating a pet into your wedding plans takes some pre-planning. Even well-trained pets should be used to large crowds if yours will be a sizeable ceremony; they should also be accustomed to dealing with unfamiliar surroundings. Wedding planners also suggest that you designate a member of your wedding party for "pet duty."

"Traditionally, pets were added to a family after marriage," said Curtis Steinhoff, senior director of corporate communications for VPI. "Today, it is not unusual for brides and grooms to bond with four-legged companions before finding their mate. Because these pet companions were an important part of their single lives, some soon-to-be-couples choose to have their pets play an important role in their wedding."

80519: Destination Weddings Offered in the Sacred Valley of the Incas

If you're looking for a unique location for your destination wedding (one where your wedding photos won't look like any of your friends'), we've received word of ceremonies at Peru's Sonesta Posadas del Inca Sacred Valley – Yucay.

Located just an hour from the ancient Inca capital of Cusco and near Machu Picchu, the hotel was once a 300-year-old monastery. Today it's a modern hotel with 84 updated rooms that preserved the colonial architecture.

The hotel offers destination weddings, making use of its traditional chapel and courtyard. This hotel has become in the favorite with both local and international couples who seek a unique experience for their memorable day in the Sacred Valley of the Incas with the “Apus” (mountains gods) as witnesses.

Weddings: The hotel offers a traditional chapel, several park-like areas within the courtyard and a private square in front of the chapel for outdoor celebrations. The chorus of the mass is sung in Quechua and the event includes folkloric dances and music.

80518: Save Wedding Money By Saving on Taxes

Money is on everyone's minds these days. We've been seeing a lot of tips on how brides can save money...but here's one we just received that we hadn't thought of: saving on taxes. The Inverness Hotel in Colorado is promoting the low tax rate in their area, something that can be a real money saver when you add up all the costs associated with a wedding.

Tip: When shopping for a wedding location, shop by city rather than venue--since not all state and city taxes are the same.

What to look for: venues in areas with low city taxes or even cities that are in unincorporated counties

Example: The Inverness Hotel in Englewood, Colorado is located in the unincorporated part of Arapahoe County and therefore does not charge a city tax. Also, Englewood's 4.35% state and local tax is low compared to other popular cities like Denver, which has a state and city tax rate of 14.85%. Looking at average wedding costs of $19,000-$40,000, brides could save $1,995-$4,200 by hosting their wedding in Englewood instead of Denver and still have a beautiful Rocky Mountain wedding. Colorado as a state also has one of the lowest state tax rates coming in at 2.9% versus other popular wedding destinations like California (6.25%), Florida (6%), Maine (5%) or Hawaii (4% - Oahu adds an additional 1/2% for mass transit system).

80514: Reader Mail: Vow Renewals in the Caribbean

What if I apply for a marriage license in New York City and get married legally here but also want just a ceremony in the Caribbean? Do I still need to pay all these fees and get legal paperwork? In terms of timing, would it be OK for us to have our vow renewal in the Caribbean prior to receiving our license in NYC? Trying to throw together a quick vacation in which to elope. Want the smoothest ceremony possible.

Thanks for your email. If you get married in New York, you'll then have a vow renewal in the Caribbean. It's very easy (and cheaper) and doesn't involve all the paperwork since you're not getting a license. In fact, some people choose to do it this way because they want to get married on an island that has strict marriage regulations (like the French islands where you have to arrive 40 days before the ceremony!) You'll bypass all that with the vow renewal. Most resorts have an on-staff person who can help you set up the vow renewal and provide you the options (flowers, videography, photography, etc.)

It's better for you to have the wedding first then the vow renewal. Some wedding planners will want you to show your marriage certificate to set up the vow renewal.

However, we do know that some properties are fine with doing what they market as a spiritual or non-legal ceremony; it's very much like a marriage ceremony but without the paperwork. We've seen these at many resorts in Mexico (because only civil weddings are legal in Mexico).

Best wishes!

80513: Wedding at Florida's The Ribault Club and Amelia Occasions Named Best in Real Wedding Contest

This year’s winner of The Knot’s Best Real Wedding Award was given to a couple whose wedding was held at Florida's The Ribault Club and planned by Amelia Occasions.

The Wedding: Jessica Whalen Skelley, a Fernandina Beach native, and Jason Skelley said their vows at The Ribault Club in Jacksonville, Florida on December 15, 2007.

“We wanted a location that was elegant, classic, and romantic, The Ribault Club was the perfect place for us,” said Jessica Skelley. “I loved the Gatsby-esque feel of the Club and couldn't imagine a more beautiful place to get married than under the large live oak by the water.”

Jessica, living in Birmingham, Alabama while finishing school, hired Amelia Occasions to coordinate her special day. Lorna Meehan, lead consultant with Amelia Occasions, worked with Jessica to plan the perfect event. “My mother actually booked the Club without me ever visiting! Lorna was incredibly helpful and attentive, and our wedding was lovely because of her hard work. I can't thank her enough for how smooth she made the process,”said the new Mrs. Skelley.

The Vendors: Amelia Occasions in consult with the bride-to-be assembled a team of Jacksonville’s best vendors to help make this wedding a national award winner:
The Venue: The Ribault Club, built in 1928 and entered into the National Register of Historic Places in 2003, is a Florida Park property located within the Talbot Island State Park. 80512: The Pampered Chef and Celebrity Planner Help Plan Celebrity Events for Real Couples

You've followed the celebrity weddings--whether the summer ceremony of Tony Parker and Eva Longoria or the winter nuptials of Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelly--and wondered if your wedding could ever match the weddings of the stars.

According to The Pampered Chef and wedding expert Debi Lilly, founder of A Perfect Event and party planner for Oprah Winfrey, you can have a celebrity style wedding without a Hollywood budget.

"You don't have to be a celebrity bride to have a wedding worthy of making headlines," says Lilly, who has worked with many red carpet clients including Brooke Shields, Debra Messing, Cartier and others. "It's easy to take popular Hollywood trends and incorporate them into your wedding. That is why I'm working with The Pampered Chef, to take great pieces that go beyond the kitchen to help make your wedding -- the ultimate entertaining occasion -- everything you want it to be."

According to Debi Lilly, there are three concerns for every bride. "Ceremonies are usually very similar, so I tell brides that the 'three Rs' of any wedding - registry, rehearsal and reception - really provide the opportunities to set your wedding apart," said Lilly. "Those three pieces of your celebration are essential. Your registry is something that's going to help you start your life together and the rehearsal and reception are key ways to personalize your day and make it special," the planner says, pointing out that The Pampered Chef has a wedding registry and couples can work with their own personal consultant or chose to register on the spot. Either way couples can notify friends and family with complimentary registry announcement cards and e-mails.

In terms of rehearsals, one celebrity rehearsal trend that can be recreated on any budget is a backyard party or barbecue--it keeps the reception casual and saves the more formal event for the wedding day. "I tell my couples who are hosting a barbecue for their rehearsal to purchase nice serving pieces and stands, like those from The Pampered Chef's Simple Additions collection, to pull the event together," says Lilly. "It makes sense to invest in items that you can keep for years. Just think of all of the future parties that you will be able to host without any worries!"

And for receptions, the celebrity planner says, "Receptions vary widely from couple to couple, and that is what makes them exciting to guests. And they're a great way to infuse celebrity inspired elements such as themes, centerpieces and favors. Brides can go online to find information and inspiration for celebrity wedding ideas that will fit into their day."

Lilly's favorite celebrity wedding reception elements include:

The Lounge Reception: Hollywood is all about being seen at trendy night spots, which is one reason that lounge receptions are popular with couples who prefer a modern edge and an overlay of glamour for their weddings. These receptions forgo a formal sit-down dinner in favor of passed hors d'oeuvres and interactive food stations such as a taco bar, candy bar or mini-hamburger stand. In keeping with the trendy theme, lounge receptions typically start later and are more interactive, with guests mingling throughout the night.

Do-It Yourself Floral:
Instead of engaging a costly florist with a high profile client roster, consider making your own arrangements. Look for photos of celebrity reception centerpieces in wedding and entertainment magazines for inspiration. Arrangements can be made by purchasing flowers and decorative items and then utilizing a piece like The Pampered Chef's Trifle Bowl which has a removable stand, letting the bowl sit either low or high to create different visual effects. At the end of the reception, these centerpieces also make a nice gift for those who helped you with the wedding.

Favor Fun:
Wedding favors are a memorable way to say thank you to guests for being part of a couple's special day. Celebrities have been giving favors that tie back into the overall theme of their wedding. For example, if the wedding is outdoors, like Jerry O'Connell and Rebecca Romjin's, they will give guests flip-flops or fans to keep them comfortable, or if it is at a vineyard, they will give wine openers and stoppers.

80511: Is the Economy Impacting Weddings?

The slowing US economy is impacting many businesses but how about the wedding industry? A recent survey done by the National Association of Catering Executives says business is going strong. About 88 percent of those surveyed say they're not seeing an increase in cancellations of weddings due to the economy.

Some are seeing brides trim back the spending somewhat. While 52 percent of those surveyed said they are not seeing a decline in wedding spending, 48 percent said they are seeing declines in wedding expenditures. Fifty two percent said they're seeing more clients book weddings on Fridays and Sundays to avoid the premium pricing of a Saturday wedding. Also, 62 percent of the respondents said that wedding clients are purchasing less expensive meals and avoiding luxury items.

80508: Designer Creates Custom Jewelry Creations for Bridal Parties

Long a symbol of everlasting love, cherubic charms hover over a heart-shaped locket on the aptly-christened Cupid necklace, a creation of Brooklyn-based jewelry designer Nicole Anderson.

Making her debut as an exclusive designer for Mademoiselle Jewelry, an online purveyor of fashion accessories, the Brooklyn-based artisan is experienced in the art of concocting custom-crafted creations for bridal parties.

We found a bevy of bridal baubles at Mademoiselle Jewelry for cost conscious couples. A sterling silver charm of a bride and groom clasping hands, dainty wedding bells or celebratory wine glasses, priced between $8 and $12, makes a sentimental souvenir of the special day, while a bangle bracelet suitable for an engraving or blush pink crystal earrings are angelic accessories for a flower girl.

Couples can also find affordable wedding bands as unique as their union, hand-crafted of tungsten carbide, stainless steel and sterling silver, their costs ranging from a budget-friendly $27 to $231 for their most ornate design, made of 14 karat gold and tungsten carbide.

80504: Preparing a Best Man's Speech

We've been in this situation before: you've been asked to give a wedding speech. Whether it's you or your guy who has been asked to give the best man speech for a wedding, we know you're in a quandary: you want to do a good job...but you have no idea what to say. Right?!

About the Best Man's Speech

The role in the best man speech is to express all of the guests' best wishes to the bride and groom at the start of their married life together. You can tell personal stories about your own friendship with the groom but you will also remember that you are standing up there on behalf of everybody present at the wedding. You want your speech to be memorable, and traditionally it should be funny in places--but that doesn't mean telling stories that are so embarrassing that they might disgust the bride's grandparents or make your best friend the groom never want to speak to you again!

Quick and Easy Ways to Prepare the Speech

Unless you're a natural born speaker, you have two options for preparing your speech:
You can go to the public library and look for books on wedding speeches and toasts. Copy everything that seems like it might be useful. At the end of this process you should have a couple pages of notes...take them home and add some funny stories about your friend and some compliments to the bride-to-be (note: don't tell stories about the bride-to-be: leave that for her friends!)

Grab a low cost package of speeches and toasts so all you have to do is pick one out and add the bride and groom's names. You can mix and match sections from different speeches if you want, but you do not need to. You can get complete tried and tested speeches this way. You can get a package online in digital form so you don't have to spend hours copying out of books, and you will be fully prepared and able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about what people will think of your speech.
The most important thing is to get it done ahead of time. Don't wait until the night before the wedding...get busy!

80501: Destination Wedding Postage Stamps

Once a couple has sealed the deal on their wedding plans, the time has arrived to invite those they hold dear to their I do's. Addressing the need to express a wedding theme on wedding invitation envelopes, ArtisticPostage.com has created a selection of destination and theme wedding stamps.

From Vegas to Niagara Falls It's a sure bet that the slot machine stamp, which displays wedding images, will hit the jackpot with guests invited to attend Vegas vows, while a Niagara Falls stamp offers a nostalgic postal portrait of one of the world's most beloved honeymoon locales.

Palm Postage Pairs planning to tie the knot at a tropical retreat can purchase palm-laden postage, while a beach motif features RSVP written in the sand. For brides who will walk down the aisle in an Asian-influenced ceremony, postage emblazoned with Chinese script for "love" or "marriage" displays a love for the culture.

Planning a Military Wedding? Military marriages can begin with wedding invitations mailed with patriotic-themed postage. According to stamp designer TDSWhite, "Wedding planning is very complicated. The last thing any bride wants to do, especially one who may be thousands of miles away from home and family support, is worry that she can't find the right stamp to make her wedding invitation package perfect -- especially because an invitation is the first thing a guest sees in relation to the wedding."

Artistic Postage also offers an array of traditional wedding designs, ranging from hearts to floral finery.
