Vegas Weather Remember how they
always say its not the heat, its the humidity?
Well, at least in Las Vegas you wont have to deal with humidity.
With a humidity level of about 29%, this is considered an arid
climate. Heres a rundown of typical high/low temperatures
you can expect in the city: High/Low
Temperatures in Las Vegas
And you probably wont
have to worry about rain: the city receives just a hair over four
inches of rainfall every year. Topped off with 294 days of sunshine
a year, the weather gives you just about the best odds in town. You can see from the
weather chart that youll need to carry a coat if you visit
during the winter months and even a light jacket during warm weather
months when the temperature falls during the evening hours. (Another
benefit of low humidity levels.) Outside the city, youll find lower temperatures. If you are considering a day trip up to Mount Charleston, you will find the temperatures quite a bit lower than in Vegas.
