Las Vegas Tipping

Tipping is such a part of Las Vegas life it’s received its own name: toke. A toke or tip can be paid out for everything from restaurant service to a better seat at a shows. Here’s a sample of tokes you should expect to pay:

Bellmen: $1 per bag
Hotel maids: $2 per day (paid at the end of your stay)
Maitre ‘d in showroom: $10-$20
Pool attendants: $1
Servers in showroom: $5-$10 for non-dinner show, 15% for dinner show
Taxi drivers: $1-$2
Tour guides: $1-$2 per person, $5 for full-day tour
Valet parkers: $2
Waiters/waitresses: 15% of bill
