Victorian Gardens Wedding Chapel
Gatlinburg, Tennessee

As though plucked from the pages of a Lucy Maud Montgomery book, Victorian Gardens Wedding Chapel is a portal to a more genteel era nestled within the Great Smoky Mountains. The distinction of being the largest chapel in Gatlinburg allows the venue to welcome up to 75 guests for Christian ceremonies.

The Chapel: Sunlight streams though stained glass windows, creating an inviting pastel glow as couples enter the lobby and make their way to their respective dressing rooms. The bride's room is a Victorian vision with blush pink walls, period furnishings, and a full-length mirror, while the groom's room is decorated in more masculine blue and burgundy tones.

Candlelight from wall sconces and candelabras illuminate the chapel like tiny stars against the blue-painted walls as the bride makes her way past rows of pristine white pews to the altar, which is adorned with white urns burgeoning with blossoms. Adding an authentic Victorian touch to the ceremony, the reverential sound of an antique pedal organ echoes throughout the chapel as the couple are pronounced husband and wife.

The Wedding Packages: Several wedding packages are available, with the most budget-friendly, Victorian Love, offering such amenities as 20 5X7 photographs with an accompanying album, a video of the ceremony, a wedding cake, unity candle, a nosegay for the bride and honeymoon accommodations.

Victorian Majesty, the most elaborate package, includes hair and makeup application for the ladies in the wedding party, flowers ranging from blossoms to be carried inside a flowergirl basket to floral arrangements for an off-site reception, limousine service and honeymoon accommodations. (Newlyweds have their choice between four cozy wood cabins.)

Extras: Include your children in your declaration of devotion with a touching medallion ceremony.
