Description: Massimo and Susanna’s family has owned and managed the Hotel Albion in Florence for four generations. Recently they lovingly restored a 200 year old farmhouse and its barn. The result a stunning country inn named Le Boscarecce (little woods)

The inn consist in few rooms named for famous literary or historical female figures.

Weather permitting, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on the terrace designed for repose and enjoyment of the surrounding landscape. The sun setting over the Apennines is something to put in your memory book.

Tuscan cooking class:

Susanna, Bartoloand Swan share their cooking skills with their guests. You’ll relax and immerse yourself in the lifestyle and culture of Tuscan people.

The class will focus on Tuscan style cooking: pasta, soup cakes and you’ll have a chance to learn how to do bread and pizza in a wood oven.

We will go together to experience the local market looking for violet eggplant, red and yellow pepper, zucchini, fresh herbs, basil, parmesan cheese and pecorino.

We can try the “porchetta” sandwich that is very special.
