The inn is an original country farm located on the Ellis River, where you can fish for trout right from our 380 feet of riverbank. From here you can enjoy hiking and skiing trails throughout Jackson Village and just up the road is a hiking trail that leads you to the summit of New England, Mount Washington.
The inn's 20 rooms and 1 cottage are beautifully appointed with period antiques and a wide variety of traditional and modern amenities. Also included is our delicious country breakfasts. Some rooms are designed for family and friends but most are designed for couples.
Choose from rooms with fireplaces and jacuzzis with private balconies and beautiful Mt. and River views. We offer one handicap accessible room. The inn has air conditioning in the summer and is non-smoking throughout.
Relax in our cozy pub with a game of billiards, swim in our heated outdoor pool, unwind in the Sauna or Hot tub.
The Ellis River House is appropriate for children 12 and older.
