Remember that in The Bahamas, we drive on the LEFT!!
When leaving the Grand Bahama International Airport, make a right.
Take the first left onto Airport Road.
Follow Airport Road until it ends at Queen’s Highway.
Make a right on Queen’s Highway. Follow Queen’s Highway for 2.6 miles.
Then make a right at the Traffic signal, which is also Queen’s Highway.
Follow for about 2.5 miles to Warren Levarity Highway
Warren Levarity Highway will lead you to the first Subdivision, Eight Mile Rock.
Follow Warren Levarity for about 5 miles.
Make a right into the Eight Mile Rock subdivision.
You will be on this road for 13.4 miles. You will pass the subdivisions of Holmes Rock, Deadman’s Reef and Bootle Bay.
When you see the Welcome to Old Bahama Bay sign, make a right onto Bayshore Road, West End.
Bayshore Road leads you into Old Bahama Bay.

Most Romantic Room:
Old Bahama Bay currently offers 49 luxury beachfront rooms, each just steps from the ocean. Every over-sized suite is fully appointed with custom-designed Island Plantation furnishings and lighting, rich mahogany woods and textured leathers for the interiors. The exteriors feature tropical pastels and landscaping. Kitchenettes offer microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator and wet bar for convenience.
Spacious and luxurious bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures, deep soaking tubs and vanities with granite tops. All guest-rooms offer Frette linens and towels, CD players and library, cable television, fiber optic cable for phone, fax and modem lines.
Room choices include either a King bedded room or a Double Queen bedded room either on the ground floor with a patio leading directly to the beach or on the second floor with a veranda overlooking the beach.
The Beachcomber rooms are ultra deluxe junior suites with direct beach access and ocean views. Each room is appointed with modern British colonial custom-made furnishings and luxury amenities include marble bath, whirlpool soaking tub, full kitchen, Frette linens as well a King bed and sleeper sofa. The terrace of each suite overlooks the waters of the Little Bahama Bank and the North Beach.
