If he were to visit today, he would feel right at home, greeting his hostess in her Victorian costume, unwinding in the glow of a gas fireplace, and perhaps enjoying the antics of the resident cats before retiring to his room. After relaxing in the period tub with its whirlpool bath (some things have gotten better over the years, George), he might enjoy a snack or a glass of port before sinking into his luxurious four-poster bed.
