Sedona, Arizona, 2 hours drive north from burgeoning Phoenix and 90 miles south of the Grand Canyon, lies amidst an ancient forest of juniper and pine, surrounded by the celebrated sculptured pinnacles and mystical vortexes of Arizona Red Rock Country. One of America's premier tourism, recreation, arts, and cultural centers, Sedona enjoys a moderate elevation of 4,500 ft., escaping the desert heat of southern Arizona and mountain snows to the north, with either just a short drive away. Four delightfully mild seasons' with average annual daily temperatures of 74 and 46 degrees, and total annual precipitation of only 17 inches makes for an ideal getaway destination year round.
In addition to its unique and startling natural beauty, the vibrant city with a residential population of 16,000 has become nationally recognized as a creative and spiritual center, attracting artists, writers and visitors from around the world, highlighted by over 40 art galleries and significant cultural facilities.

Your Wedding Ceremony and Reception
The Lodge at Sedona is a magical location for intimate wedding ceremonies and celebration receptions. The serene estate setting on three landscaped acres provides stunning red rock views, bubbling waterfall gardens, lush green lawns, original sculpture, a meditative labyrinth and towering pinion and juniper trees. A fitting back drop for your grand occasion!
Your ceremony and reception can be held on property for up to 60 guests.
We offer well appointed accommodation for 28 guests in 14 guest suites and guest rooms.
The exclusive use of The Lodge at Sedona property and facilities for wedding receptions is available only with the rental of all 14 guest suites and rooms on weekends and holidays (2-3 night minimum may apply on peak season weekends).
Facilities
Our outdoor Celebration Terrace is a very special location for your ceremony and/or reception. The Terrace with its spectacular Red Rock and natural wooded views requires little additional decoration. Being an outdoor location, usage is seasonal (March - November) and canopy tenting is recommended.
The Celebration Terrace is perfect for 34 dining guests, formal beverage service, and a small entertainment / dance area. A further 26 guests can easily be accommodated for your reception or ceremony on the adjacent lush lawn area with additional tables, chairs and umbrellas. Indoor receptions can be held in the Celebration Porch for up to 34 guests.
Many couples choose to hold their marriage ceremony at the magical Lodge Labyrinth or its adjacent natural stone raised 'stage' area near the Aria sculpture in the southern portion of the estate property.
Ceremony Only
For smaller wedding parties of 10 people or less, who are non-guests of The Lodge, wedding ceremonies can be held in or near the Labyrinth, on the southern portion of our spacious three acres of landscaped property.
Ceremony hours are typically restricted to 11am to 3 pm daily.

Catering
CIA trained Chefs provide catering for exclusive receptions and parties up to 40 guests. They would be delighted to design a menu fitting your budget and occasion style - from a casual barbecue to a five course gourmet sit down dinner.
For larger wedding receptions (40-60 people) we have exclusive arrangements with several fine dining / catering establishments located in Sedona. Working hand in hand with our culinary team they are able to provide all your catering and beverage requirements.
Music and Entertainment
Acoustic (non amplified) music or light jazz are welcome on the outdoor Terrace. There is also space for an intimate dance area.
Group Activities
While your wedding is the first priority, your guests may wish to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer.
The Lodge at Sedona would be pleased to arrange special activities for your group, including in-room massage / body work, off-road Jeep tours, golf tee off times, helicopter tours and the many other unique activities available in beautiful Sedona Red Rock Country.
