Each one of the six guest rooms offers unique insight into Big Bear’s historic past as a gold miners paradise and Hollywood’s chosen getaway. All have private bath, queen size bed and wood burning fireplace. There are two Jacuzzi suites. Cozy details like down comforters, terrycloth robes and aromatherapy bath products invite you to let go off all the stresses “down the hill.” Breakfasts such as Croissant French Toast or Tuscan Eggs Benedict greet you in the morning, followed by oatmeal peanut butter chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon and a tempting array of hors d’oeuvres and beverages at cocktail time. Full concierge services including activity arrangements are available – we’ve been known to help set the scene for a nervous would-be groom to pop the question or set the stage for the honeymoon night. Lake and Forest view homes are available for larger groups or if the two of you really want the ultimate in seclusion.
