ST. LUCIA NIGHTLIFE

The hottest show on the island is Friday night's jump-up in the town of Gros Islet, on the northwest end of the island. Street side music blares and residents and locals alike jam to the sounds of reggae, soca, and calypso.

This is a chance to enjoy a true Caribbean celebration. We recently attending the jump-up and it's a great opportunity to dance to local music, eat genuine St. Lucian food, and enjoy the island spirit.
