Guidelines for contributing articles to Lovetripper.com for publication in the myLovetripper section:

Content

Articles should relate to romantic travel including destination weddings, honeymoons, romantic getaways and romantic destinations.

We do not publish negative reviews and articles. You’re free to make recommendations and voice your options (such as “we wish we had known ABC Resort was so popular with families because we would have booked before summer vacation for a more peaceful stay”) but we don’t publish completely negative features.

Compensation

For your article, review, and/or photos, we will provide you with a link to your website in your author bio if your website is of interest to travelers. We also fully credit the author/photographer. We are happy to provide exposure for your travel book if you are a guidebook author. There is no monetary compensation for articles.

Assignment Letters

While submissions by professional travel writers are welcome, myLovetripper.com is intended as a reader-contributed section. We do not provide letters of assignment.

Article Length

The best article length is between 400 and 1000 words.

Specify Authors/Photographers

Please include the name(s) of all authors and photographers, if you attach photos.

Submitting Photos

We welcome photos from your trip. You can attach photos up to 2MG to your submission on our submit page.

Copyright

You must own the copyright to your article and/or photographs. You retain the copyright to your work; we receive non-exclusive rights to the material. We reserve the right to edit for style and length.
