You'll need to get a marriage license, availble from the city clerk or town clerk's office in any city in New York State. You can pick up your license in Niagara Falls at the City Clerk's office, located at 745 Main Street at Cedar Avenue. The cost of the license is US$40; the office is open weekdays from 9 am - 3:30 pm. You'll both need to provide official identification with a photo; if either of you has previously been married, you'll need to show proof of divorce or death. Once you get your license, you'll have 60 days in which to use it.
