Bolivian Model Weds
April 2007 -- The eyes of her countrymen were upon her as Bolivian model
Carla Morón stepped inside la Iglesia San Francisco de Santa
Cruz to wed architect Pedro Gantier in a televised ceremony on April
21, 2007. The interior of the 19th century chapel was aglow with candlelight
as the bride, who carried a bouquet comprised of orquids as she walked
down the aisle in a strapless, oyster-hued gown created with a full
skirt by designers Terry and Kenny Gutierrez, made her way toward the
groom.
Following the ceremony, 600 guests gathered at El Centro
de Convenciones de la Feria Exposicion where they sampled slices of
a six-tier wedding cake before taking to the dance floor and moving
to tunes performed by Big Bang and Ley CK.
The newlyweds began their life together as husband and
wife at the hotel resort Casa Campo, where the couple dreamed of the
romantic sites they would visit during their May 2007 honeymoon cruise
aboard Royal Caribbean, which would take the lovebirds to Haiti, the
Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Cozumel.
