Prem and Rakshita Celebrate Bangalore Wedding
March 2007 -- On the morning of March 9, 2007, as director
and actor Prem placed a gold pendant known as a "mangalastra"
around the neck of actress Rakshita, the two popular stars were united
in marriage.
Fans standing outside of the Meenakshi Padmavathi Kalyana
Mantapa at Raja Rajeshwarinagar in Bangalore who were lucky enough to
catch a glimpse of the newlyweds saw the bride dressed in a sari composed
of green silk, while the groom opted for a white-on-white ensemble for
the occasion.
