Celebrity guests, including entertainers Durval Lelys and Cumpadre Washington, bore witness as the bride, dressed in a couture creation of ivory Italian silk with a lace overlay by Carlos Tufvesson, exchanged vows with the groom, who chose a dark Alberto Marques suit for the occasion.

Following a honeymoon night spent in the presidential suite of the 79-guestroom hotel, the newlyweds embarked on a one-week trip to Paris.
