The Wedding of Drew Lachey and Lea Dellecave
Drew Lachey may have toured the globe as a member of the boy band 98
Degrees, but when it came time to say "I do" the entertainer
and his long time love, choreographer and dancer Lea Dellecave, returned
to the city where their childhood friendship first blossomed, Cincinnati.
Both natives of the The Queen City, the Covenant First
Presbyterian Church was
a familiar sight in their formative years, and on October 15, 2000 the
bride walked down the aisle of the Gothic-style chapel in a Vera Wang
wedding dress. Two hundred and fifty-seven guests filled the pews for
the afternoon ceremony.
The bride's diamond tiara sparkled like the 1.5-carat
ring that now graced her hand as the newly pronounced husband and wife
left the house of worship for a reception held at Peterloon, a five
story, 1920's structure built in the Georgian style where family and
friends enjoyed slices of a four-tier wedding cake created by Bonbonerie.
