"American Idol" Competitors Engaged
February 2007-- Even though their "American Idol"
dreams were dashed during the audition stage of the show, Cavett "Sparkles"
Carr and Darold Gray have something to sing about-- their engagement.
Mr. Gray purchased a diamond ring from Jewelry Exchange
in Tustin, California that sparkles to match his love's showbiz moniker,
and presented it to the aspiring entertainer on Valentine's Day 2007.
The couple has not announced a wedding date.
