Project Runway Finalist Weds in South Africa
Jan. 2007 --On January 14, 2007 a Kara Janx original
made its debut in Cape Town, South Africa as the "Project Runway"
season two finalist donned her own creation to walk down the aisle to
her love since 2003, Sharone Sohayegh.
Incorporating elements of fashion into her wedding
preparations, the clothing designer confided to her fans on her BRAVO
blog that she had printed out invitations on T-shirts for guests of
the wedding, which became an homage to the bride's South African upbringing
with the inclusion of native blossoms and cuisine.
