News' Giuliana DePandi Engaged
December 2006-- A helicopter ride
over The Windy City on the night of December 15, 2006 took Giuliana
DePandi's breath away when the co-host of "E! News" realized
that her love of almost one year, season one winner of "The Apprentice"
Bill Rancic, had chosen the moment to ask for her hand in marriage.

on Chicago's Michigan Avenue sparkled like diamonds on an engagement
ring as the TV anchor agreed to the proposal. Back on solid ground,
the couple returned to the prospective groom's apartment, which was
filled with the aroma of a chocolate cake and rose petals, which had
been sprinkled throughout the rooms.
The couple are now planning a late
2007 wedding in bride-to-be's homeland, Italy.
