Jeff Francoeur Pops the Question in Atlanta Theater

McCoy has been making making plans for a fairytale wedding complete
with 20 attendants since she was proposed to on September 10, 2006 by
her high school love, baseball star Jeff Francoeur during a production
of "Beauty and The Beast" at Atlanta's historic Fox Theatre,
where he had first professed his love years before.
As he knelt on one knee in the balcony
of the Egyptian-motiffed theater, the Atlanta Braves outfielder slipped
a round-cut diamond engagement ring on to his bride-to-be's finger,
the facets sparkling in the light of four-inch crystals that dangle
from the theater's ceiling to simulate starlight.
While wedding details have yet to
be finalized, the couple hope to invite close to 400 family and friends
to a November 2007 ceremony.
