Jordan Weds Peter Andre in Castle Ceremony

Who: model Jordan (legal name Katie Price) and '90s pop sensation Peter Andre

When: September 10, 2005

Where: The couple were united in marriage at Highclere Castle, a Victorian-style edifice in Birkshire, England which was used as a filming locale for such cinematic ventures as "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves," "Eyes Wide Shut," and "The Secret Garden."

The Ceremony: As the Cinderella-style carriage drawn by six white horses made its way through the gates of the castle it became apparent that pink would be the predominant color of the day. The hue covered both the exterior and interior of the coach, from the bridles strapped to the steeds to the seat covers and carpeting.

Once inside the venue, the groom presented his loved one with a wedding ring encrusted with 35 princess-cut diamonds, while 20 diamonds adorned the band gifted to the groom during the civil ceremony. The gems sparkled in the light as the newly betrothed couple scribbled their signatures in the registry to the tune "Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours)" by Stevie Wonder, and the triumphant voices of disco artists McFadden and Whitehead singing "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now" escorted the couple as they exited the castle and headed toward the secret garden for a ceremonial blessing of their love.

The Dress: Creations by Danish designer Isabell Kristensen have flattered the figures of such top luminaries as Nicole Kidman, Shania Twain and Jerry Hall. For Jordan, the fashion icon concocted a pink gown with a body-hugging bodice generously embellished with pink Swarovski crystals. Seven yards of fabric trailed behind the model as she strolled down the aisle to the strains of Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing" from the soundtrack of "The Bodyguard."

The Reception: Balancing a foot tall tiara upon her head, the bride and her groom sat regally upon a pair of pink, gilt-edged thrones, presiding over the festivities held in a marquee erected on the grounds. Pink champagne flowed freely as 300 guests dined on lobster, foie gras, canapes, a chocolate and raspberry semi-fredo and slices of a five-tier, six-foot-tall chocolate wedding cake.
