June 2006 -- Befitting
such a regal venue as the Palazzo Contarini della Porta di Ferro,
the star of NBC's "Medium" Patricia Arquette donned
an ornately designed diadem on June 25, 2006 for her Venice
vows with her long time love, Thomas Jane. The couple had been
engaged since 2002.
Following the intimate
ceremony at the 14th century inn, which offers patrons six guest
rooms and 11 apartments for longer stays, the newlyweds began
their new life as husband and wife aboard a gondola, which waited
just outside the building's entrance on the Canal of Francesco
della Vigna.
