Mischa Barton turns back the hands of time to play the love
of a World War II fighter pilot in the upcoming tearjerker Closing
The Ring, a 2007 release which will also star Neve Campbell
and Shirley Maclaine. The former star of "The O.C."
is scheduled to step in front of the camera at The DeLuxe Restaurant,
a Dundas, Ontario venue which will also appear in the Robin Williams
flick Man of The Year.

John O'Hurley tripped the light fantastic with his wife
Lisa while Giselle Fernandez, another of the show's contestants,
and her husband John Farrand did the same in celebration of the
grand opening of Ballroom Dancing By the Sea at the Hotel Casa
Del Mar, a Santa Monica landmark built in the heyday of the Jazz
Age. Hotel guests are invited to take a twirl on the veranda's
dance floor each first and third Sunday of the month, beginning
in June.

Following the opening
of The Da Vinci Code, leading man Tom Hanks and
his wife Rita Wilson traveled 20 minutes from Cannes to their
accommodations at the Hotel du Cap, a five star sanctuary which
acted as an architectural muse for literary icon F. Scott Fitzgerald
as he wrote Tender Is The Night.
Cannes Getaway
British beauty Helena Bonham Carter, a judge at The Cannes
Film Festival, enjoyed A Room With A View of the Mediterranean
Sea at The Majestic Barriere Hotel, an eight-story, five-star
retreat towering over Avenue La Croisette .

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, who recently returned
from a vacation in Maui, the Hawaiian island where the couple
wed in 1982, were welcomed by Prince Charles and the Duchess of
Cornwall at Clarence House for a party in honor of The Prince's
Trust 30th anniversary. Several rooms at Clarence House, the former
residence of the Queen Mother which was passed on to the prince
and is now the future king's London residence, are open to the
public during the summer months and is a must-see for any anglophile,
as is the capital city's biggest tourist attraction, The Tower
of London, where a crowd 2,000 strong enjoyed a concert held the
following night to celebrate the prince's charitable organization.

Tinseltown twosome Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn
promoted The Break-Up, which hits US theaters on June
2, at Shutters On The Beach Hotel, a Santa Monica sanctuary where

impending nuptials with a rehearsal dinner back in April 2005.

reportedly given a $25,000 Neil Lane engagement ring, watched

James Marsden ordered Chinese cuisine at budget-friendly
Ollie's Noodle Shop and Grill in Times Square.....Doormen in top
hats greet guests as they enter J. Sheeky, a chic London seafood
restaurant where "Sex and The City" siren Kim Cattrall

Old Fashioned Love
Several top stars are donning corsets for their roles in upcoming
romances. Keira Knightly will once again promenade in petticoats
across the big screen in the drama "Silk," which will
feature a scene filmed on Rome's Ostia Beach.....Cate Blanchett
reprises her role as The Virgin Queen in "Elizabeth: The
Golden Age," while Clive Owen portrays Sir Walter Raleigh
in the period piece, which will debut in theaters in early 2007.
The movie's director will soon yell "Action!" at Ely
Cathedral, an Anglican house of worship in Cambridge founded by
St. Etheldreda. Several key scenes will take place inside Lady
Chapel, the largest chapel built in all of Britain to venerate
the Virgin Mary.....Sienna Miller made "Stardust"
memories in Castle Comb, a Wiltshire village which appears as
a portal to the past, complete with 17th century houses and the
remains of a fortress.
Birthday Bash
Soon-to-wed "Malcolm In The Middle" star Frankie
Muniz and pop heartthrob Ryan Cabrera were among the
guests on hand to wish Harvey Keitel many happy returns as the
Oscar-nominated actor enjoyed a birthday bash at The Sagamore
Hotel, a 93-suite boutique retreat in Miami which features ever-changing
displays of contemporary art.
Springtime
in Paris for the Boss
Bruce Springsteen and his wife Patti Scialfa are lodging
in A-list accommodations during The Boss's European tour, with
suites booked at the George V Hotel in Paris and The Merrion in
Dublin.
Beaumont Beauties
Residents of Beaumont, Texas may soon be fortunate enough to catch
a glimpse of country music superstars Lee Ann Womack and
Tracy Byrd, a native of the Southeast Texas town, who will
star in the indie flick Noble Things alongside actress
Dominique Swain. Cameras are scheduled to roll in early July 2006.
Portugal Getaway
British football star and newlywed Michael Owen and his
wife Louise were footloose and fancy free as they walked along
with beach at Vale do Lobo with their young daughter Gemma Rose
during a spring getaway to Portugal.
