Celebs in the Dominican Republic

Crash star Matt Dillon, Billy Baldwin, Joe Pantoliano, and soon-to-wed couple Jonathan Silverman ("Weekend At Bernie's") and his fiancée Jennifer Finnigan kicked up their heels in a merengue dance-off, teed-off at a championship golf course, tried their luck in a poker tournament and explored Manati Theme Park during a scavenger hunt at the 2006 Paradisus Palma Real Invitational.

The event was held in mid-May at the all-inclusive, five star Dominican Republic resort, the Paradisus Palma Real, a three-story sanctuary featuring 554 suites and a two-story spa complete with a boutique, salon, sauna and a zen garden.

Love Anniversary

In celebration of their first night of love on May 8, 1997 which led to a walk down the aisle two years later, soccer star David Beckham and Victoria Beckham (who reportedly now sports a permanent reminder of the intimate date in ink), booked a 2-night stay at the appropriately "posh" Ritz Hotel in Paris, where the former Spice Girl celebrated her 31st birthday in April 2005.

Princely Getaway in the Caribbean

Like his great-aunt Princess Margaret before him, the mystique of Mustique recently attracted Prince William to the secluded West Indies paradise. During a spring break from his military training at Sandhurst, the future king of England and his lady love Kate Middleton lodged at Villa Hibiscus, a five-bedroom retreat with a price tag of over $3,000 a night in the high season.

On Screen Wedding

Wedding bells of the cinematic variety are going to chime for Mandy Moore and "The Office" heartthrob John Krasinski in the upcoming romantic comedy "License To Wed." Scenes for the movie were recently shot at the First Congregational Church, an elegant Italian Renaissance-inspired Long Beach, California historical landmark which welcomes couples who wish to wed or celebrate a commitment ceremony amid its mahogany furnishings and three rose windows.
