Adamari
Lopez to Wed in Puerto Rico
March 2006 -- On
March 22, 2006, exactly one year after the announcement that
telenovela actress Adamari Lopez ("Mujer de Madera,"
"Gata Salvaje") had been diagnosed with breast cancer,
the TV star's father officially proclaimed the joyful news that
his daughter, now well on the road to a full recovery, will
soon wed the man who stayed by her side throughout her struggle--
Latin crooner Luis Fonsi.
The couple are making
plans for a June 2006 wedding, which will be held in Puerto
Rico.
