Katona, a former member of the now defunct Brit pop group Atomic
Kitten revealed that she has something to purr about as her
beau of the past five weeks has asked for her hand in marriage.
The singer, who
helped to launch the London branch of the all-women "Pink
Ladies" taxi company in February 2006, said "yes"
to cabbie Mark Croft's proposal as the lovebirds cuddled together
in bed, and Ms. Katona is now sporting an engraved engagement
ring.
A wedding date has
not been announced.
