Close Celebrates Maine Wedding

The Academy Award's Oscar statuette may have eluded screen actress
Glenn Close five times so far in her illustrious career, but
the cinematic stunner of such modern day classics as Fatal
Attraction and Dangerous Liaisons has garnered the
prize of a lifetime in the love of long time paramour David
Shaw.
On February 3,
2006 the couple declared their devotion to each other during
an intimate fireside ceremony held at the groom's residence
at Prout's Neck, an area near Portland, Maine which was once
a geographic muse for American artist Winslow Homer.
