joins The Maho Group of St. Maarten from New York's Elbow Beach
Resort, a division of Mandarin Oriental Hotels & Resorts,
where she served as the Catering Sales Manager for four years.
There she gained ample experience developing and maintaining relationships
with top-tier accounts from start to finish. Prior to working
for Mandarin Oriental, Popek served as Catering Coordinator for
the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York and the Executive Housekeeper
PM assistant for the Paramount Hotel in New York.
