Who: Brazilian
supermodel Isabeli Fontana (Victoria's Secret, Sports Illustrated)
and Brazilian TV star Henri Castelli
When: December
10, 2005
Where: The
couple were wed at Fort Are Joao in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
The Ceremony:
The King of Rock and Roll's seductive tune "It's Now or
Never" echoed in the night air as the fashion queen made
her way on her father's arm along the golden sands of the beach
at Fort Are Joao toward her intended.
Following their
vows, rice thrown by guests rained down upon the couple like
a baptism of their new life together as they enjoyed their first
kiss together as husband and wife to the sexy sounds of the
Jimi Hendrix song "Fire."
The Dress:
The bride's Donatella Versace white silk muslin gown was a marriage
between innocence and intrigue-- the front a daring mini-dress
which showcased the model's bronzed, glamour girl gams, the
back offering a more demure view of white ruffles cascading
into a long train.
Black Swarovski
crystals sprinkled generously along the bodice provided an extra
touch of drama to the garment, while a halo of tiny white flowers
was placed on the bride's loose brunette tresses for an angelic
effect.
The bride added
a naughty notion beneath her dress-- a crimson garter which
the groom, who had donned a white Donatella Versace suit for
the nuptials, slipped off the model's leg with his teeth, much
to the delight of the guests.
The Reception:
After cutting slices of a five-tier cake decorated with
white frosting and multi-colored flowers, the newlyweds partied
the night away alongside a troupe of Greek dancers.
