couple were joined in matrimony at the La Quinta Resort in Palm
Springs, California.
The Ceremony:
Like "Dawson's Creek" star
Kerr Smith and his wife Harmoni Everett in 2003, the couple
chose the La Quinta Resort and Spa to formalize their four year
romance. In an outdoor Catholic ceremony, the bride walked past
200 witnesses to the strains of "You're So Cool" from
the 1993 thriller True Romance.
The Dress: Pastel
petals sprinkled along the aisle rustled as the bride walked
by in a floor-length silk organza skirt, which was paired with
a candlelight-colored corset designed with a basque waist.
For her seven bridesmaids,
the Olympian chose vivid teal gowns designed by ABS, a company
known for concocting affordable recreations of red carpet dresses.
The Honeymoon:
The newlyweds continued to enjoy the amenities at the La Quinta
Resort and Spa before jetting off for a romantic getaway in
Kauai.
