Jane
Danson Weds Robert Beck in England
December 2005 --Like
other teenage girls around the world, actress Jane Danson's
bedroom was papered with posters of her favorite idols during
her formative years. Little did the lovestruck adolescent know
that one of the handsome celebrities which graced her walls
would one day become her husband.
After a six-year
courtship, which began with a chance meeting at a soap opera
award ceremony, "Coronation Street" star Danson wed
the man of her dreams, fellow actor Robert Beck, who she watched
faithfully on TV during his years on the British drama "Brookside."
The December 10,
2005 ceremony took place at Gibbon Bridge Hotel, a 4 star retreat
on 20 secluded acres in Lancashire's Forest of Bowland, located
near Sonyhurst, an area thought to have sparked the imagination
of JRR Tolkien as he wrote The Lord of The Rings.
