Bollywood Star Set To Marry New Year's Day

December 2005 --Putting to rest the persistant rumor that the couple had been joined in matrimony back in July 2005, Bollywood actor Aamir Khan (best known for his performance in the Oscar-nominated movie "Lagaan') and his lady love, Kiran Rao, have announced that they will begin their new life together on January 1, 2006.

The elaborate ceremony, which is promised to last for days, will take place in the small town of Wai, India, where the pair fell in love.
