Corr of The Corrs Proposes
November 2005 --
On November 19, 2005 Jim Corr of the Irish pop band The Corrs
made it clear to his girlfriend of one year, former Miss Northern
Ireland and Miss UK Gayle Williamson, that she leaves him "Breathless"
as he knelt on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage.
The lone male figure
of the top-selling group, who along with his siblings perform
an instrumental version of the traditional Irish tune "Haste
To The Wedding" on The Corrs' recently released CD "Home,"
has not announced a date for the nuptials.
