Since by British tradition women can do the marriage proposals on Leap Day, it's only fitting that a British hotel offer a special Leap Year Proposal package. We just got word of a nice package to France in April and May, a beautiful time for visiting that romantic country. TourCrafters is offering savings of up to $300 per person on packages to Paris, countryside châteaux and Normandy in April and May.
