Anguilla Jazz Festival Set for November

August 2005--If the two of you would like some sultry jazz set against a backdrop of sun, sand, and surf, mark your calendars for the Tranquility Jazz Festival, scheduled for November 9-13, 2005. The festival will be held on the Caribbean island of Anguilla, sponsored by BET Event Productions.

The lineup at the festival will include vocalists Marlena Shaw, Freddy Cole, tenor saxophonist Eric Alexander, vibes master Stefon Harris, tenor saxophonist David Sánchez, vocalist Claudia Acuña, saxophonist Ravi Coltrane, pianist Mulgrew Miller, alto saxophonist Kenny Garrett and trumpeter Nicholas Payton.
