How would you like to order a bottle of champagne in your room, there to meet you on arrival? Or make spa appointments or dinner reservations? Hyatt hotels are launching the E-Concierge at Hyatt.com. The service is personalized when a Hyatt concierge at the property of choice sends the guest an electronic itinerary confirming plans up to a week before arrival.
The E-Concierge is just one new feature at Hyatt; you’ll soon see kiosks at domestic hotels so you can check in and print your airline boarding passes before leaving the hotel. Also, they’ll offer a non-smoking room guarantee; if the non-smoking room is not available upon check in, the guest will be given the choice of a $100 Hyatt gift card or 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points as compensation. If you’re a Hyatt Gold Passport diamond and platinum member, you’ll even have the opportunity to check in via the web, just picking up the key on your arrival.
