That depends on the resort. Some resorts, such as the Sandals, Beaches, and SuperClubs properties, have a strict no-tipping policy. Employees are not allowed to accept tips.

Other all-inclusive resorts don't have the same policy so it's best to ask if you don't know.Even at Sandals, Beaches, and SuperClubs, though, you'll want to tip the driver who handled your transfer from the airport to the resort. These drivers aren't resort employees and will accept tips. (And it's acceptable to tip in US dollars.)
