What format are your ebooks available in?

Our ebooks are available in PDF, a format that can be read by all types of computers and all operating systems. To read the file, you will need to have a free program called Adobe Acrobat Reader (and you probably already have this program installed on your computer). If you don't have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download one online here.

Can I print the ebook after I purchase it?

Yes. Print the entire file or any portion that you like.

Can I save the file on my computer?

Yes. When the file downloads, it will save on your hard drive. When you would like to go back and refer to the file later, open it from your hard drive.

Are your books available in paper format?

Some books are available in paper format and ebook format; others are available solely as ebooks.

How is my credit card charged?

If you ordered an ebook, your purchase of an ebook is done through Clickbank.com. Your order is handled on secure servers and your credit card number is provided only to Clickbank.com. We do not receive your credit card number, only your name and email address. Your credit card will show a charge by "Clickbank/Keynetics" for the amount of your ebook.

If you order a paper copy, your order will be taken through Booklocker.com. At no time does Lovetripper.com ever receive your credit card information, only a notice that payment has been accepted.

How long does it take to download an ebook?

This varies by the speed of your connection and the size of the ebook. Our largest ebook is Lovetripper.com's Guide to Caribbean Destination Weddings, which is divided into two parts to speed the download time. Most readers can download an ebook in less than 10 minutes but it can take longer.

I downloaded an ebook I purchased but now I can't find it. What should I do?

You can do a search of your hard drive for ".pdf" files. When a download is completed, your ebook is stored on your computer.

My computer crashed while I was downloading my purchased ebook. What can I do?

If you bookmarked the download page, you can return to that page and click on the download link again to start the download process. If you did not bookmark the download page, email us at editors@lovetripper.com for instructions.

I have a website. Can I sell your ebooks on my site?

Yes! All our ebooks are available for sale through our affiliate program; our affiliates make 50% of the cover price on each book sold. You can join our affiliate program by clicking here.
