A Chapel by the Courthouse, Las Vegas

Under the same ownership as Las Vegas's celebrity favorite, The Little White Wedding Chapel, this wedding chapel is less well known that its older sibling. The Chapel by the Courthouse is favored by couples who are ready to get married right away; located just around the corner from where you'll get your marriage license, convenience is its main selling point.

Location: downtown

The Chapel: A Chapel by the Courthouse is for ceremonies with a small (or no) wedding party; up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the small chapel. The decor is similar to that found in the newer chapels at Little White Wedding Chapel with red velvet settees and artificial flowers. If you don't have a witness (Nevada law requires one), a chapel employee will stand in as your witness.

What’s Unique About This Chapel: Location, location, location... If you're more interested in exchanging vows in a chapel that's been used by celebrities, having Elvis appear at your wedding, or arranging for a webcast of your wedding, we'd suggest the Little White Chapel instead. The packages are very similar and only slightly more expensive and you'll have more options.

The Packages: The packages begin with an economy package that includes chapel fee, 12 poses and flowers for bride and groom. All packages include a limo pickup.

Cheapest Wedding Package: The least expensive way to marry here is to forego the packages and arrange your wedding a la carte; book chapel time and pay a chapel fee (which includes traditional music)

Extras: You can choose from a full menu of add-ons including photography, flowers, video recording, gown rentals (the Little White Chapel has a full rental center with the latest gowns as well as men's attire...including popular zoot suits), and more.
