Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas
Bringing a touch of
Asian elegance to the Strip, the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino
offers a variety of entertainment experiences ranging from the
glitz of "Legends In Concert," a tribute to beloved
entertainers of the past and present to the authentic Polynesian
ambiance of a luau revue.
Location:
Conveniently located only moments from McCarran International
Airport, this luxury hotel, purchased by Harrah's Entertainment
Inc. in 2005, is a fixture on the Strip. The
Wedding Packages: Five wedding presentations are available,
beginning with the cost-conscious "Jade" package, which
provides couples with a half hour in the chapel, a long-stemmed
rose for the bride to hold as she walks down the aisle, a wedding
album in which to display 12 4X6 photos of the nuptials, and Imperial
Palace champagne. The package also provides
post-ceremony pampering, including his and hers bathrobes, which
the newlyweds can wrap themselves in after a couples massage at
the hotel spa; a gift certificate to dine at one of four of the
venue's restaurants, and two fluted glasses brimming with champagne
in order to toast to a two night stay in the Luv Tub suite. Special "bride-to-be"
and "groom-to-be" spa wedding packages are available,
which allow couples to prepare for the big event with a 25-minute
massage, a mini-facial and an invigorating vanilla sugar scrub. Receptions: Up to 600 guests can dine at round tables draped in linen on delicacies offered on eight different menu plans, which range from the elegant simplicity of cold canapés and hot hors d'oeuvres to a lavish buffet setting for parties with over 50 attendees. After sampling slices of a multi-tiered cake (which is offered with each wedding package) guests can kick up their heels on the dance floor. The
Chapel: In the We've Only Just Begun Wedding Chapel,
up to 100 guests seated on gold gilt, straight back chairs accented
with ivory padding can witness the bride walk down a carpet of
muted hues toward the pulpit. Cascading displays of floral finery
provide a romantic backdrop for the ceremony. (A petite chapel
is available for intimate weddings involving 20 guests or less.) For more information:
