What's the Most Romantic Weather?

What do you think constitutes the most romantic weather: snuggly or steamy?

The Weather Channel took that question to 1,000 adults (an even mix of men and women between the ages of 26 and 45) for their first annual "Weather and Romance Survey." Here's what they found:

More than 40 percent of the respondents said that Spring is the most romantic season, followed by Fall. Winter and Summer tied for least romantic.

Rain and lightning ranks low on the romance scale with more than half (52%) saying that it would be a nuisance.

Power failures aren't always a tragedy for over 70 per cent of the respondents who said they would "light some candles and snuggle in" with their significant other when the lights went out.

Overall, the survey concluded that for over three quarters of those surveyed, weather does affect their mood for romance.
