Requirements for a
Gretna Marriage License:
- Copies of both
birth certificates
- Both parties Social
Security Numbers
- If previously married,
a final divorce decree
- $29.40 for a marriage
license
- 72 hour waiting
period between issue of license and ceremony (may be waived)
- Either the bride
or groom must appear in person
