This is the Kansas City Renaissance Festival. Enter into an enchanted world as the Prince seeks a bride and the king's best swordsmen vie for the Champion's crown.

Renaissance Weddings

At the Kansas City Renaissance Festival, you'll also have the chance to celebrate your wedding 16th century style! Your union will be be announced by your place in the King's Parade along with King Henry VIII and his bride Queen Anne Boleyn.

The festival offers several options for elegant venues; the most traditional is the Chapel of Blessed Mercy, a replica of a 16th century chapel in Canterbury, England. You'll say your vows beneath stained glass windows and you and your wedding party will have use of the chapel for 45 minutes.

Another venue option is the Tea Room next to the Royal Gardens. Or, for a beautiful outdoor setting, you can choose the Royal Garden, shaded by vine-covered trellises.

The festival offers three wedding packages; two of these packages offer complimentary admissions. You can also opt for reception festivals filled with festival foods; alcoholic beverages may also be purchased.
