Getting Around Gatlinburg Gatlinburg is a small town...but one with big city traffic problems during peak months. While the city is driveable and easy to maneuver in terms of direction, you'll find that traffic along Parkway is often bumper to bumper and parking is at a premium. The answer? Gatlinburg trolleys. These low-cost trolleys (rates start at 25 cents, varying by route) start and stop around town and outlying areas.
